Cynthia started at Rose Partners in September 2009 and has worked hard to maximise client satisfaction with Rose Partners. Prior to joining Rose Partners Cynthia worked in one of the major Australian banks where the she learned a broad range of accounting and financial skills. Her clients are involved in various industries including medical, manufacturing, services, hairdressing, property development, security, retail, engineering, building, mining, politics, and start-ups.

Cynthia’s skills surpasses just debits & credits. She is a true adviser who has played a key role in the development and success of Rose Partners by building strong, solution focused relationships with her clients. Her strengths lie in her attention to detail, her ability to understand her clients’ needs and to work collaboratively to maximise tailored outcomes.

Besides English Cynthia is also fluent in Malay, Hakka, and Mandarin. Cynthia has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) with Distinction, a Masters in Applied Finance, is a CPA; is certified in Xero and Quickbooks Online and when not working loves traveling, swimming, and walking her Miniature Schnauzer, Frodo.
